• Food

  Inmates are provided with staple and non-staple foods in quantities according to stipulations.The supply meets nutrition requirement.Besides government appropriations for meal, a portion of labor bonus and cooperative store profits are allotted for the purchase of food. The income from selling rice bran and kitchen slosh is also used for buying food.

  A meal board is organized and the board members meet once a month to make proposals on meal improvement and take into account of both sanitation and nutrition.And every unit sends representatives to the meeting to offer suggestions.

• Clothing

  Inmates are issued with enough T-shirts and breeches for summer and jackets, long trousers, and sweaters for winter.

Citizen services

• Simplify the procedures of register to save time on applications filed by inmate's relatives for reception and delivery.
• To strengthen frontline personnel the concept of serving and attach importance to attitude of serving.
• The reception room provides a drinking fountain, TV for the purpose of having comfortable conditions.
• Set a suggestion box to invite suggestions for the prison's reference.
• Set a special telephone line for inmates' relatives to inquire about the related information.
• To foster a sense of community in neighborhoods,inmates assist to prune the trees in school and clean the road and drains.
